Our chefs are masters of their craft and have received numerous awards for their work. In the open-air kitchen they conjure up dishes that sound like something out of the tales of One Thousand and One Nights. How about a delicate tagine, a spicy couscous or a fresh tabbouleh? It is the spices, the fresh produce and the sophistication of the preparation that will transport you from your world to theirs during your visit to the Arabian Grill. Smell, taste and savour, as you listen to the sounds of the sea – dining doesn't get any more sensual than this.

For us, a menu is like a well-composed piece of music. The perfect intro is a selection of warm and cold mezze, while for the main melody, for example, an aromatic lamb tagine or a platter of the finest seafood – and as a finale, our sweet signature dessert “Explosion” – with its surprising interplay of textures it more than lives up to its name.
