Walk a few hundred metres across the sandbank to our Crab Shack - it's one of the most beautiful walks on the island. And if you want to get there faster, hop aboard the Little Seahorse and let the traditional wooden boat sail you across to us. The Crab Shack is our simple restaurant with special dishes. Here, for example, we grill fresh seafood on a Josper grill and serve it with mango and papaya salad, crab tartare and lobster rolls. How about a well-chilled rosé wine or a glass of champagne? Or a refreshing cocktail? Whether for lunch or dinner, the Crab Shack is simply stunning. If you want to experience another special moment after dinner, sink into one of the beanbags, dip your toes in the sand, listen to the gentle sound of the waves and gaze up at the sky, where you can see more than 1001 stars. Our Crab Shack is where luxury and bare feet meet. You can walk to our easygoing fisherman's cottage in 15 minutes from the main island – or you can take a fishing boat across. What awaits you there? Fresh seafood from the Josper grill, exquisite white wines served well chilled, casual cocktails and, once a week, our legendary White Night. Quite the place to be!

In keeping with the spirit of the island we have added our personal touch to special dishes and drinks using the finest local flavours and ingredients. Yes, that's Finolhu flavour: whether it’s the avocado crab, tuna tartare, crab ravioli or coconut prawns. And for a sweet finish, perhaps some pineapple prepared on the Josper grill? Our team recommends signature drinks such as a Crab Shack Cooler, a White Negroni or the Finolhu Martini.
