How about freshly caught lobster from the sea on your doorstep? Exquisitely seasoned black cod? A wide selection of sashimi? Or enjoy a characteristic omakase menu in the best Japanese tradition, where the chef makes the selection for you and you let yourself be surprised. There’s a separate sushi and sashimi bar, and then there's the perfect setting: Kanusan glows in the light of the evening sun, a romantic place where you can sit with a glass of Saké in the coolness of the restaurant or outside on the terrace, touched by the ocean breeze.
