At breakfast as you look out across the sea you might catch a glimpse of our local dolphins performing their acrobatics. At lunch there are salad, antipasti and dessert buffets, with delicious dishes prepared à la minute for you at our various cooking stations. And in the evening we will take you on culinary journeys: immerse yourself in the flavours of the Maldives, the aromas of Asia, and the simple elegance of Italian cuisine. Or enjoy all the delicacies of the oceans at our Seafood Night. Every day will be a sensual experience.

With the sea always in view, our beach restaurant will keep you happy all day long. At our buffets and live cooking stations our chefs create international dishes that are as diverse as the nationalities of our guests. Do you love fine cuisine? Then Finolhu is the place for you!

Breakfast: 7.30 am – 10.30 am
Lunch: 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm

Flavours that mean the world

The Maldives – you’ll think of white beaches, of the sea in every shade of blue, and perhaps diving as well. But not necessarily cuisine. Yet that too is something special. During our Maldivian Night (every Thursday), we serve specialities from the island nation – fresh seafood with local flavours, original dishes such as banana curry or Kuhli Mas, and finely spiced tuna. There is also music, dancing, and fire shows, all in the tradition of the Maldives. On Sundays India takes over the kitchen with a range of classic dishes from different regions of the country. Butter chicken anyone? Simply delicious!
