Breathe in, breathe out
Finolhu’s expert practitioners lead an exciting variety of yoga and meditation classes from the island’s tranquil yoga pavilion. Perfect your downward dog in one of our private sunrise or sunset classes, or challenge yourself in a heart–racing aerial yoga session. Get vertical during one of our transformative aerial yoga sessions. Using one of our hanging scarves, you will gradually move from the ground to the air as you flip, stretch and strengthen your body. All experience levels are welcome. Strike a pose as the sun rises or sets on the horizon. Our morning and twilight yoga sessions are suited to beginners and yogis in training. Join us oceanside as the rhythm of the waves guides you toward inner peace.

We offer 10 % on advance bookings, which will be deducted when paying for the treatment at the resort.
Terms and Conditions
- Non-refundable and not valid for Signature Couple Treatments, facial and body care treatments, or wellbeing packages.
- All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to a 10 per cent service charge and the statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Not valid from 23 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
- Cancellations must be made six hours prior to the appointment time.
- Cancellations with less than six hours’ notice will be charge 50 % of the full treatment price.
- No–shows will incur 100 % charge.
